This course provides an overview of the Corporate Transparency Act with a specific emphasis on Beneficial Ownership Information reporting requirements. This course provides information on what is considered to be a reporting company, who are its beneficial owners, and what information is required to be reported to FinCEN. This course also provides information on the reporting deadlines for initial reports as well as information about how to update or correct these initial reports. Finally, this course concludes with a series of best practices reporting companies can apply to ensure compliance with the respective regulations.
