In order for California CPA’s to maintain a license in an active status, the California Board of Accountancy (CBA) requires that CPA’s complete a Board approved Regulatory Review course every six years. This course fulfills this two- hour Regulatory Review course requirement. This course contains information on key provisions of the current California Accountancy Act and CBA Regulations.
The course must be passed with a grade of at least 90 percent.
This course has been approved by the California Board of Accountancy to satisfy the 2-hour Regulatory Review requirement and has an approval code, which will be printed on your certificate of completion. This course DOES NOT satisfy the 4 hour ethics requirement. You must take the Ethics for California CPA to satisfy the 4 hour ethics requirement.
